Bristol: 2022

The Annual General Meeting will take place in Bristol at the Marriott Royal Hotel on Saturday 26 November 2022. Formal notice was given in the summer 2022 issue of AT Journal by the Chief Executive.

The AGM will be an 'in person' event allowing the opportunity for members and affiliates to gather and network. For those wishing to attend the AGM remotely, a live link will be made available, but registration is essential.

N.B. attendance at the AGM is at the cost of the individual member or affiliate. CIAT will not cover the cost of travel, sustenance or accommodation.

Location: Marriott Royal Hotel, College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TA
Time:        10:30 - 12:30 (followed by lunch and a conference finishing at approx. 16:00). Please note times are provisional and tbc.




Hotel accommodation
The Institute has a block booking of rooms reserved at the Marriot Royal Hotel. Should you wish the Institute to book you a hotel room please complete the information below. Please note that rooms are limited, and you should not consider your room booking complete until you have received formal confirmation from Joanne Rowlands, Project Management Executive.

Accommodation charges should be settled by members and affiliates direct with the hotel on check out.


Cancellation and Charges
Any member of affiliate who books a hotel room via CIAT is subject to room cancellations fee's set out in the contract CIAT has with the Marriott Royal Hotel. If you book a room and cancel after 26 August 2022 you may be liable to pay the full cost of the room. To cancel a room you must EMAIL Joanne Rowlands, Project Management Executive on [email protected] who will then confirm cancellation and any charges incurred.
