Skills & Experience 

• All candidates should have on site experience working on large-scale residential/commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Good working knowledge of current Irish building and statutory regulations.
• Design and project delivery experience is a distinct advantage.
• All candidates should have good work ethic and organisational and communication skills, strong technical knowledge and a passion for design implementation.
• We welcome all candidates with the essential skills, including those who may be considering returning or relocating to Ireland.
• 5-7 years Construction experience

Requirements and responsibilities

• Professional qualification (Bachelors Degree), and Membership or Chartership (CIAT, RIAI) preferred.
• Conversant with the Irish Building Regulations and Planning Policies
• Conversant with BC(A)R
• Essential skills with Autodesk Revit
• Knowledge of NBS Specification Software (Create or Chorus)
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign / Illustrator
• Strong presentation and graphic skills
• Experience in a variety of construction methods
• Strong technical skills and construction detailing
• Attention to detail, precision and accuracy
• Good interpersonal skills and effective liaison with external specialists
• Knowledge of the BIM process
• Positive work ethic and self-motivated approach
