Tim Adams Architects is a small business in Lutterworth. We are creative, supportive and innovative. We are looking for a CIAT Qualified Architectural Technologist to join our vibrant architectural practice on a full-time basis with around 3+ years’ experience. At the practice we deal with a large variety of jobs, including residential, public, healthcare and retail.
The ideal candidate will be willing to share, teach and train others as well as overseeing our existing technical team. You will be responsible for looking after and running schemes, you will ideally be efficient in delegating tasks within the technical team and manage your own time well. At Tim Adams Architects, you’ll have the rare opportunity to grow alongside the practice itself. Software knowledge of Vectorworks is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Experience of the healthcare sector would also be beneficial.
