Experienced Architectural Technologist required

WDA are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist (CIAT or equivalent) to join our dynamic team in Clifton.
This is a full-time role offering flexibility, a supportive environment and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting projects across the residential, education, commercial, interiors and heritage sectors. We’re looking for a proactive individual with a strong technical background and a minimum of 5 years' built project experience. You will have a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods and be confident in delivering detailed design packages and coordinating input from consultants and subcontractors as project lead.
Key requirements:
- CIAT membership or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience using Revit for technical design and documentation
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Proven track record of leading projects through technical stages
- Experience developing technical design packages and coordinating consultant input
- Experience in writing specifications using NBS
- Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed drafting
- Experience with Building Regulation Compliance Trackers and familiarity with Principal Designer responsibilities under BR PD
- Sector experience in residential, education, commercial, interiors and heritage projects preferable
