Senior Architectural Technologist required

EN Architects is a growing, design focused architecture studio based in Hove. Our work is predominantly residential and we have a range of private, developer and local authority projects in the pipeline. We are branching out into the education and community sector, and so can offer an interesting range of project types and scale.
We are looking for an experienced technologist, with great communication skills and an excellent eye for detailing to become the 4th member of our small team. The successful candidate will primarily deliver technical packages from RIBA Stage 4 onwards but also be able to support the delivery of pre-planning projects when required from stages 0-3.
We are looking for candidates with experience to offer support and guidance to junior members of the team and also to establish and maintain CAD & technical protocols and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Offer support and guidance to junior team members
- Be responsible for the production and delivery of technical packages.
- Support projects during the construction phase including site visits
- Establish, implement and maintain technical, CAD and practice standards.
Qualifications and skills
- Keen eye for detailing and excellent construction knowledge
- In depth knowledge of UK building regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCad essential
- Chartered (CIAT) status preferred
- Full UK Driving License is an advantage
