Join members and affiliates and CIAT’s Practice and Technical Department for an informal online drop-in session. Bring the challenges, questions and issues you are facing in practice, hear what is affecting other members and affiliates, and take the opportunity to discuss what matters to you.
Architectural technology professionals face a wide range of technical, regulatory and practice-related challenges, and sometimes the most useful conversations start with a simple question.
This informal online member and affiliate drop-in provides an opportunity to bring the issues you are encountering in practice directly to CIAT. Whether you have a particular question, want to explore a challenge you are working through, or simply want to hear what other members and affiliates are experiencing, you are welcome to join the conversation.
The session will be facilitated by Sarah May FCIAT - Technical Manager, with members of CIAT’s Practice and Technical Department, Natalia Simon - Head of Practice & Technical; Steve Fox - Practice & Technical Executive; Jack Fleming - Policy and Public Affairs Manager, also joining to help respond to questions, provide guidance and signpost members and affiliates towards relevant CIAT information and resources.
There is no set presentation and no expectation that you need to arrive with a question. Drop in, listen to the discussion, share your experience if you wish and hear how fellow members and affiliates are approaching challenges that may be very similar to your own.
The discussion will be shaped by those attending and the issues that matter to them.
Why attend?
- Ask about the challenges you are facing — bring a technical, regulatory or practice-related question and discuss it with CIAT.
- Discuss what matters to you — help shape the conversation around the issues members and affiliates are encountering in practice.
- Learn from other members and affiliates — hear how fellow architectural technology professionals are approaching challenges which may be similar to your own.
Facilitator - Sarah May FCIAT
Sarah will facilitate the discussion, supported by colleagues from CIAT’s Practice and Technical Department.
