MHCLG is hosting a webinar on the Construction Products Reform White Paper (published in February 2026).

The White Paper sets out proposals to improve the safety and performance of construction products, helping to ensure products used in homes can be trusted to work as they should. This includes:

  • Stronger regulation and clearer responsibilities
  • Better product information and testing standards
  • A new General Safety Requirement

The consultation closes on 20 May 2026.
