As part of the London Festival of Architecture, CIAT is pleased to announce it is hosting ‘Your London’. The event is an interactive public engagement activity exploring how architecture, place and personal experience shape our connection to the city.
Through drawing, mapping, writing, conversation and recorded soundbites, attendees will contribute to a collective portrait of London shaped by the voices, memories and experiences of the people who live, work, study and visit here.
The event will feature an interactive map installation and creative activities suitable for all.
We will also be joined by two leading Chartered Architectural Technologists, Tom Gray and Niall Healy, who will be leading informal discussions exploring architecture, belonging and placemaking, while encouraging wider conversations about how the built environment influences everyday life.
We would be really pleased for you to join us and participate as we hope to turn the maps and annotated boards from this session into a podcast and wider discussion around belonging and the important role architecture plays.
The event will run from 10:30 to 15:00 with discussion sessions at 11:00, 13:00 and 14:30.
