Dr. Barry McCarron FCIAT is the Managing Director of KORE Retrofit, one of Ireland’s leading one-stop providers of comprehensive retrofit solutions. Barry holds a PhD specializing in indoor radon monitoring in passive house buildings, an honours degree in Architectural Technology and Management from Ulster University, and an MSc in Sustainable Development from Queen’s University Belfast. A recognised advocate for climate action, he has actively contributed to global discussions at UN Climate Change Conferences (COP17, COP26, and COP27) and the International Youth Forum on Climate Finance.
