Building on the success of previous Women in AT Scotland events, this workshop series addresses the core mission of creating a supportive network where every woman Architectural Technologist can thrive. The sessions focus on developing individual agency whilst strengthening collective action towards systemic change in the profession.
The workshops recognize that women in AT face unique challenges in career progression, particularly evident in the stark disparity between men and women at chartered level in Scotland.

This foundational session helps participants identify their core values and create a shared vision for their professional futures. We’ll explore what drives each participant and how individual values can align with collective action for change in the profession.
