Information for Ancillary Certifiers

An information sheet on BC(A)R Certificates (Ancillary Documents)  is now available to download from CIAT's website.

 

The sheet provides guidance to members based in Ireland acting as Ancillary Certifiers and the use of associated certificates. The BC(A)R system currently applies to all building types (except for extensions to domestic dwellings of less than 40m2 following the implementation of SI 365) and came into effect 1 March 2014.

 

The sheet, written by the BLM Offices in Dublin, can be downloaded from the CIAT website via either the Practice Resources section or the Republic of Ireland Centre page.  Either section can be accessed by logging in to the CIAT website:  http://www.ciat.org.uk/en/utilities/member-login.cfm.
