Building Safety Act - Principal Designer Competency Steering Group

This will feed into and dovetail with the requirements of the Building Safety Act and the expected but not yet published secondary legislation associated with the Act.

You will be integral to ensuring that Architectural Technology professionals can demonstrate their competence in line with the requirements of the Act.

The Terms of Reference and the frequency of meetings for this Group will be issued to those who are selected. 

Members and affiliates that are selected may be asked to contribute several times per year via Teams and email.
