Call for expressions of interest: Join CIAT's Documents Taskforce
We are currently seeking CIAT Chartered Members to join the Documents Taskforce - the team responsible for reviewing, developing, and maintaining CIAT's core suite of practice documentation.
This Taskforce plays a vital role in:
- Ensuring all guidance documents are current, relevant, and practical
- Advising on documentation used across Practice, Conduct, and Technical areas
- Identifying when documents require updates or referral to other Taskforces
The scope includes (but is not limited to):
- Conditions of Engagement
- Practice guidance, information sheets, and client leaflets
- Procurement & contract administration
- Conflicts of interest & liabilities guidance
- Project Quality Plan (we have an exciting ongoing project)
- Registered practice requirements
- Stages of Work
- Fee guidance
- Conduct documentation
