CIAT briefing on the Future Homes and Buildings Standard

Following the publication of the Future Homes and Buildings Standard last month, CIAT has prepared a short briefing to help members and affiliates to understand the key changes to building regulations which will be introduced through the Standard.

The Standard will come into force from March 2027, but we recommend members and affiliates begin preparing for its introduction now. CIAT will signpost to further resources to support this transition as they become available.
