CIAT | Events review - call for evidence

Call for evidence reopened until 14 January 2024.

CIAT is undertaking a full review of the events hosted and produced by the Institute, including their value, need, purpose, scheduling, and production, amongst other things. This review is focused primarily on the Institute's two annual events:

  • The AT Awards

  • AGM weekend

As part of the process, we are asking all members and affiliates to complete a call for evidence (see attached for details). Responses to the call for evidence are anonymous and we would encourage you to participate. We are keen to hear the views of all our members and affiliates including those who have attended the AT Awards or AGM previously, those who have never attended and those who might consider attending in future.

We want to make sure that our events are of value and interest to all and that we are spending Institute funds in the most effective way, so it's really important that you share your ideas and opinions and help to shape future events at CIAT.

Over the next few months you will see other opportunities to give feedback including short online discussion sessions where members of CIAT staff will be on hand to hear your ideas and feedback.

The consultation process will run until 14 January 2024 and responses will be reviewed in early February 2024. Any changes to events made as a result of the consultation will be implemented in the 2024/2025 events calendar.

We look forward to receiving your responses. If you wish to discuss the matter in any further detail, please contact Joanne Rowlands, Project Management Executive at [email protected]
