CIAT Head of Membership makes Top 100 most influential Membership Professionals Index
A ceremony was held in London this week to recognise the people shaping the future of associations, charities, unions, and membership communities around the world.
James Banks CMgr FCMI, Head of Membership at CIAT, was featured in the list at number 82.
The list is based on Membership World's own research alongside public nominations, judged by real data: recency of content and genuine engagement.
