CIAT Wales Region to host high-level industry panel on Building Safety Act implementation in Wales

The Wales Region will host a high-impact panel event bringing together senior voices from Welsh Government, leading industry professionals, legal experts, and design practitioners to examine the real-world implementation of the Building Safety Act (BSA) in Wales.

Taking place at the Parkgate Hotel, Cardiff on 26 June, this free-to-attend event is open to all and offers a rare opportunity to engage directly with key stakeholders shaping the future of building safety, regulation, and professional practice across Wales. 

Bringing together government, legal, construction, and architectural technology perspectives, the discussion will focus on how the evolving regulatory landscape is being interpreted and applied in practice, and what it means for industry readiness, compliance, and competency.
