CIC seeks three specialist non-executive directors

CIC is seeking three specialist non-executive directors to join its statutory board.

These are voluntary, non-executive roles and it is expected that the role will average 8 hours per month.

Specialist directors would normally serve for three years and are eligible to be reappointed for one further term by mutual agreement.

The board is seeking specialist input in the following areas:

• Finance
• Governance
• Communications/Marketing

If none of the above specialisms apply then applicants are welcome to suggest an alternative specialism for consideration.

Applications must be received no later than midnight on Friday 1 September. Interviews will be held in September.
