Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 now in force

The Act includes provisions relevant to the operation of the planning system. These include extending duration of planning permissions about to expire; publishing planning documents online rather than at physical locations; and allowing authorities to exclude people from meetings for public health reasons.
