Futurebuild and UK Construction Week to co-locate from 2026

Futurebuild and UK Construction Week London will be co-located at Excel London from 12-14 May, creating a single venue for two of the UK's largest built environment events.

The arrangement brings the two exhibitions together in one location, while allowing them to retain their individual identities, audiences and content programmes.

The organisers say the co-location is intended to provide a more connected experience for visitors across design, sustainability, specification and construction delivery.

The combined event is expected to host around 25,000 attendee, with 600+ exhibitors and 700+ speakers across multiple stages.

Futurebuild will continue to focus on sustainability, net zero, retrofit and innovation, including its National Retrofit Conference. UK Construction Week London will continue its emphasis on construction delivery, building systems, tools, skills and on-site solutions.

The Stone & Surfaces Show will also be held at Excel London alongside the two events, adding a specialist focus on materials, finishes and surfaces.

The collaboration reflects a wider industry trend towards greater alignment between sustainability strategy, specification and delivery across the built environment.
