Interviewees required for Masters research project

Take part in this research project on the level of technology adoption in the construction industry.

A group of four students at the University of Cambridge undertaking the Industrial Systems in Manufacturing and Management (MPhil ISMM) programme are collaborating with a construction technology start-up to conduct research on the level of technology adoption in the construction industry. Their goal is to review the digitisation of the various roles within the construction industry such as project managers, BIM managers, construction/operations managers, in-house lawyers, insurers etc. This is to identify key pain points that can be addressed by new technology.

In an interview format, the group would like to discuss the following points:

  • The general workflow within your role, key responsibilities and tasks, and main stakeholders you interact with.
  • Level of software adoption specific to your role, and any unmet needs within that.

If you have a spare 30 minutes to share your insights and experience, please contact Benedikt Bauer, [email protected], within the next two weeks. All responses will be anonymised and not published beyond the project group.
