Last chance to enter BIM Awards

Irish BIM Innovation Awards close on 30 September

The window is closing for the Construction IT Alliance to accept submissions for the Irish BIM Innovation Awards. Interest has been shown in all three of the awards categories with a large number of submissions already underway. The deadline to submit all documents is this Friday, 30 September so make sure to get your submission in on time.

Submissions are broken down into three categories;

Design Category
This award will celebrate projects that have been designed in such a way that they utilised best of available BIM technology and processes whilst ensuring it is sympathetic to the environment and surroundings, functional for purpose, and innovative in style.

Construction Category
This award will celebrate the overall contribution that digital tools can make to the successful delivery of a construction or engineering project. This category would be appropriate for both constructors, project management consultants, surveyors and manufacturers/suppliers to enter.

Operations and Asset Management Category
This award will celebrate the ultimate value proposition that BIM technologies and tools can offer to end users and facility managers. This important category would be appropriate for all stakeholders in the construction/engineering supply chain to enter, in particular end user and facility managers.

Coverage of the awards has been extraordinary ranging from domestic news outlets to international symposiums.
