New learning programme called Design, Engineer, Construct!

Class of Your Own (COYO) is an organisation that has created a learning programme called Design, Engineer, Construct! (DEC), to create and inspire the next generation of built environment professionals.

As there is little understanding of built environment professions and few young people aspire to a career in this important sector, DEC is an opportunity for industry to adopt a school, and support teachers in delivering the DEC programme to secondary-school age students. Through its project-based approach, DEC applies pure academic subjects to the latest construction industry practices.
