RIBA Building Contracts
Members are reminded that the RIBA produces standard contracts which can be used by CIAT members.
Since launching, the RIBA Building Contracts have showed healthy levels of adoption with 12% of respondents to the 2015 NBS Contracts & Law Survey using them at least once. Usage of the contracts were particularly strong in the small-value works, typically under £250k – which is exactly the market that the contracts were developed for.
