The Department of the Environment (Northern Ireland) has issued the following Calls for Evidence to which members may wish to contribute:

 

Strategic planning policy

The first Call for Evidence is for strategic planning policy in Development in the Countryside and in Renewable Energy, launched on 7 March 2016. The responses received will assist in forthcoming reviews of these policy areas. Details are available to view or can be downloaded at: www.planningni.gov.uk/callforevidence.    

 

Permitted Development Rights for Mineral Exploration

The second Call for Evidence was launched on 14 March 2016 to help inform the future approach to Permitted Development Rights for Mineral Exploration. The details  are available to view or download at: http://www.planningni.gov.uk/policy_legislation/call-for-evidence.
