Success for Chartered Environmentalist and their practice

The Institute would like to congratulate Christian Richards MCIAT, who has recently become a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) through CIAT's Specialist Register.

What is more, Christian's practice, J B Langley, is also the first CIAT Chartered Practice to be awarded with Employer Champion status by the Society for the Environment (SocEnv).

This status recognises and rewards organisations that demonstrate a sustained commitment to developing their employees specialising in environmental disciplines.

Christian said: "Everyone at J B Langley is immensely proud to have achieved Employer Champion status. It further demonstrates our commitment to the environment and designing in a sustainable manner. Our multidisciplined practice continues to have a strong environmental backbone, with a clear ethos of implementing responsible building techniques and practices."
