Understanding place-based retrofit - Webinar and resource
The resource aims to establish a shared definition of place-based retrofit, setting out core principles and common language to support consistent policy, funding and delivery approaches. It also highlights the importance of meaningful community engagement and locally responsive delivery models.
A webinar will be held on 18 March at 11:00 GMT to introduce the resourc and explore:
- How place-based retrofit is defined
- The principles that distinguish a place-based approach
- Why consistent definitions matter
- How clearer language can support sector-wide alignment
Participants will also be invited to contribute to the next stage of work: a practical delivery guide.
