Updated Contract Administration Forms now available for England and Wales

We are pleased to confirm that CIAT's Contract Administration Forms 2017 version have been fully updated and are now available to purchase.

The forms have been reviewed end to end to reflect current legislation with The Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2023.

Alignment with The Building Regulations etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2023.
Confirmation of Instructions now includes a detailed scope of works with option to tick what is included and detail any variations for clarity and transparency. It also includes the option to specifying hourly rates for meetings, printing, mileage from the outset to avoid surprises at any stage.
All other Contract Administration Forms have been reviewed to ensure continued alignment to relevant law.
