Venue access
- The main entrance is via the Marylebone Road entrance which includes nine steps and a railing for support.
- Step-free acess is available via a separate etrance and a member of our team will be available to personally welcome you.
- Once inside, step-free access is available throughout the venue, and an accessible toilet is available. The flooring in the venue is even, smooth, and wooden.
During the event
- The event includes a mixture of standing and seating areas. If you require a seat, please let us know in advance and we will reserve one for you for the duration of the afternoon and evening.
- If you use a walking or mobility aid, we can provide space for this to be with you during the event.
- A quiet space will be available throughout the event. This space is phone-free, food and drink-free, and reserved exclusively for those who may need a short time in a calm and peaceful environment.
- There will be approximately 300 people in attendance including those who will go to the stage to collect their awards. There will be some music, images on a large screen, and clapping and cheering when Finalists are announced. After the awards presentation there will be a live jazz band.
- In the Soane Hall, the lighting will be relatively dim but there will be some moving and flashing lights. In the Galleries, the lighting will be brighter and static.
- A small number of ear plugs will be available on entry should they be required.
Additional support
- We are able to cater to a wide range of dietary requirements, including allergens and religious diets. Please notify us of your needs in advance so we can accommodate you properly.
- If you require a carer to assist you in attending the AT Awards, they will be able to secure a free ticket. Please contact Joanne Rowlands (details at the bottom of the page) directly about this matter.
- Large print menus will be available. Please let a member of the team know if you require one.
- Assistance dogs are permitted in the venue.
