The role of Architectural Technologist will involve:
- Leading and supporting retail design and fit-out projects from concept through to completion
- Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and construction information
- Preparing specifications and Scope of Works documentation
- Coordinating technical information across internal teams, consultants, and contractors
- Liaising with clients and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Supporting project programming, coordination, and site activities where required
- Ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Managing workload across multiple live projects to meet deadlines
The successful Architectural Technologist will have:
- Relevant degree or qualification in Architectural Technology
- Significant experience within a UK-based architectural practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Experience producing detailed specifications and Scope of Works documents
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage workload and perform well under pressure
