The role of Architectural Technologist will involve:

  • Leading and supporting retail design and fit-out projects from concept through to completion
  • Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and construction information
  • Preparing specifications and Scope of Works documentation
  • Coordinating technical information across internal teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Liaising with clients and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Supporting project programming, coordination, and site activities where required
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
  • Managing workload across multiple live projects to meet deadlines

The successful Architectural Technologist will have:

  • Relevant degree or qualification in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience within a UK-based architectural practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Experience producing detailed specifications and Scope of Works documents
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to manage workload and perform well under pressure
