Daily duties:

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of projects across all RIBA stages (0–7)
  • Assist in the preparation of working drawings, schedules, specifications, and building regulations information
  • Collaborate closely with internal project teams to ensure coordinated design delivery
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities, and building control
  • Contribute to maintaining project quality, timelines, and compliance standards

Ideal candidate:

  • Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist with approximately a couple of years of post-degree experience
  • Familiarity with producing working drawing packages
  • Sound understanding of UK Planning processes and Building Regulations
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a good design awareness
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
