Daily duties
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages
- Working within BIM environments and supporting digital workflows
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Assisting in the delivery of projects across multiple stages
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards
- Attending site visits and resolving technical issues
- Supporting design development with technical input
Ideal candidate
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
- Solid experience in UK project delivery
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM processes
- Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
