We are currently expanding & looking for a self-motivated individual who is keen to expand their skills and knowledge to progress their career further in the following role:
Architectural Technologist
Candidates wishing to join our friendly team must have:
- Minimum 3 years experience, predominantly in the residential sector, along with some commercial design experience
- Strong technical skills & exposure to all RIBA stages of work
- Working knowledge and experience of UK Planning and Building Regulations
- Good communication skills to deal with clients, colleagues, suppliers, statutory bodies and contractors
- Experience in using AutoCAD is essential, and a familiarity with Sketch Up & Photoshop would be desirable
- Full clean driving licence & own transport
We offer flexitime, 23 days holiday per annum rising to 25 with service, a pension & a friendly non-smoking office environment plus free town centre parking. The salary offered will reflect experience & the level of responsibility that the successful candidate is capable of taking on.
Established in 2010, we are a small architectural practice with a highly regarded reputation situated in newly built offices in the centre of the attractive market town of Market Harborough on the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire border. We specialise in residential design and carry out a range of projects including one off homes for individual clients up to residential developments for 50+ homes, along with some commercial projects.
