Principal Architectural Technologist required

A Chartered or near Chartered Architectural Technologist to support a multi-disciplinary practice of master planners, project managers, architectural and structural engineering personnel.
Location: The wonderful Cornwall coastal environment of St Agnes, Cornwall.
Role:
- Property survey and assessment
- Design and contract document with works monitoring
- Job control, client liaison and business development
Project types: Buildings/structures. Historic buildings a speciality.
Skill requirement: 3 to 5 years experience in UK Design Office; use of common Microsoft Office and presentation software and AutoCAD/REVIT; preferably Chartered ; good communicator (reports and presentation); self-motivated and ambitious. Supporting and directing junior staff.
