3. We agree to accept the decision of the Institute regarding our eligibility for admission onto the AGBC Scheme. If admitted, we will abide by the rules and regulations specified in the Charter, Bye-laws and Regulations and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct, and any other directive issued by CIAT.
4. If accepted, on receipt of our formal Registration notification, our organisation can state it is a “CIAT Affiliate Group Body Corporate” and that no other variation is permitted.

5. As required by the Code and the AGBC requirements, I/we will keep CIAT informed of any change in circumstances of the organisation in writing, which may affect our organisation’s AGBC status.

6. That if I leave this organisation, I will confirm in writing who will take on this responsibility and that you will advise of any actions they may be required to take as necessary.

[1] If you are the Equity Director/Partner/LLP member/Principal of more than one practice, you will need to complete a Practice Registration Form for Chartered Members for each practice, and provide evidence of professional indemnity insurance as well as samples of the business stationery for Institute approval. This form also provides for those offering and providing services paid or unpaid, full-time or part-time, to friends or family or others or working in a freelance capacity.

I understand that this form and all supporting documentation, including the covering letter that has been submitted, will be sent to the member or affiliate for their right of reply.

If you undertake occasional work for friends or family whether paid or unpaid, or separate to your main employment or unemployed status you must comply with the Code of Conduct and follow practice registration protocol.

The Institute is entitled to seek additional evidence at any time. If your situation changes during the subscription year, you must contact the Institute immediately and pay the relevant difference between the concessionary and the relevant full subscription rate.

1. All advertisements are accepted subject to CIAT’s approval of the copy. CIAT reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or cancel advertisements submitted.
2. CIAT reserves the right to omit or suspend an advertisement at any time, in which no claim on the part of the advertiser for breach of contract shall arise. Such omission or suspension shall be notified to the advertiser as soon as possible in writing.
3. Every care is taken to avoid mistakes but CIAT cannot accept liability for any errors due to third parties, subcontractors or inaccurate copy instructions.  
4. CIAT will not be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of profits or other consequential loss) resulting from the delay or failure of an advertisement to appear on the date/s specified.
5. The advertiser shall be responsible for the insurance of all property, artwork or other materials supplied to CIAT who cannot accept any liability for loss or damage. 
6. The advertiser will indemnify CIAT in full in respect of any claim for damage, loss or expense for damage made against CIAT arising from an advertisement.
7. The advertiser shall be responsible for ensuring and warrants that:  
   (i)    the advertisement is legal, truthful, honest and decent and otherwise complies with the British Advertising code of Practice;
   (ii)    the advertisement complies with all relevant legislation including but not exclusively, the Trade Descriptions Acts 1968 and 1972, the Race Relations Act 1976, the Sex Discrimination Act 1976, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 and the Obscene Publications Act 1959 and also including any legislation or regulation, such as those relating to the provision of financial services, which apply to specific advertisers, products or services, as may be amended or revised from time to time;
   (iii)    the advertisement as originally submitted to CIAT or as subsequently amended on the instructions of the advertiser does not infringe any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party.
