Can I buy a table?
Yes, tables are available to purchase and are seated in multiples of ten. To purchase a table please select an additional 9 tickets when placing your order.
If I am a member or affiliate of CIAT, can I claim my costs back for attending?
No, if you are purchasing a ticket, all costs must be covered by the individual to attend.
What is the dress code?
The event is formal so please dress to impress.
Can I be invoiced for a ticket(s)?
No, payment must be made by card at the point of purchase.
Are there any local hotels?
Yes, there are many local hotels via websites such as Booking.com and Trivago. A large number of CIAT members and affiliates are staying at the Radisson Blu Royal should you wish to book a room there.
