The Northern Region has arranged a lunch time CPD by Garland UK and they will be presenting their RIBA approved CPD ‘Avoiding Common Roofing Defects’.
This CPD looks at the most commonly encountered problems and how they can be avoided. The best way to avoid roof defects is to gain a better understanding of the commercial roofing systems available on the market today. It’ll explore four of the most commonly specified general systems:
- Modified bitumen membranes
- Metal
- Cold-applied liquid coatings
- Green roofs
