LABC Warranty Building Safety Act survey

LABC Warranty have released a survey whose responses will form part of the production of a whitepaper examining the implications of some of the changes under the Building Safety Act that can be enforced through secondary legislation.

The Building Safety Act contains wording that may extend structural warranties to a minimum of 15 years.

LABC Warranty is asking for feedback on how this change could affect your work in the housing sector to inform their upcoming whitepaper.
