MHCLG Demolition, Rebuild and Retrofit survey

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is running a short survey on national planning legislation, policy and guidance for decisions involving demolishing and redeveloping or retrofitting buildings.

The survey will enable MHCLG to decide whether reform of legislation, policy and guidance is needed in this area.

Those of you interested in this topic are encouraged to complete the survey, which can be accessed here.
