Research study on the Building Safety Act

Roman Schnecker MCIAT, who is completing a MSc Construction Management & BIM student at Northumbria University, is undertaking dissertation research into the impact of the Building Safety Act on project costs,resourcing and procurement for Higher-Risk Building (HRB) projects.

Input is sought from professionals involved in HRB projects, Building Safety Act compliance, and those working in commercial, procurement or delivery roles.

The survey is anonymous and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
