Guidance on the Town and Country Planning (Fees and Applications) (Scotland) Regulations 2022.
The circular provides guidance on provisions within the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications) Regulations 2022 as amended. It includes guidance on the new provisions contained within the 2022 Regulations relating to discretionary Charges, Waiving and Reducing Fees, Retrospective applications and includes the Amendment Regulations which come into effect today.
This circular replaces 1/2004 and 2/2013.
