Scotland | Retrofit assessment review research

Your views invited.

The Scottish Government has commissioned Glasgow Caledonian University, Robert Gordon University, and Carbon Futures to conduct a review of retrofit assessment in Scotland aimed at improving home energy efficiency. This review focuses on four core objectives:

  1. Reviewing existing methodologies

  2. Identifying gaps in the retrofit assessment market

  3. Evaluating skills and qualifications

  4. Assessing market readiness in Scotland

As part of this research, we invite you to complete an online survey consisting of seventeen questions set out by the Scottish government. Your insights are invaluable to us.

Complete the survey here. The deadline is Friday 3 January 2025 at 17:00.

Please note that all responses will be treated anonymously and will be used solely for the purposes of this research. A report summarising the findings will be published in mid-2025.

If you have any questions or wish to withdraw from participation, please contact Keith Baker at [email protected] or Magdalena Blazusiak MCIAT at [email protected].
