About the presenter
Tomás O'Leary is managing director of MosArt and has been involved in design, delivery and education relating to Passive House for two decades. His firm were the Passive House Certifiers for South West College's Erne Campus project and they are consulting on several other large Passive House projects in Northern Ireland, including for CARFE and Queen's University of Belfast. MosArt is one of the leading Passive House firms globally, with over 3 million square feet of diverse and complex projects on the boards currently.
