Leeds | Kingspan I Site Visit I Factory Tour

Join us for a factory tour of the Kingspan Factory located in Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds. Kingspan have kindly invited us along to learn about their products and the manufacturing process.

After welcome and arrivals, we’ll have a safety briefing shortly followed by a presentation which will give a brief overview of Kingspan. We’ll learn about their new products and innovations, how they test products and their accreditation process. We’ll then enter the product training room and explore several real-world build ups of products including cavity insulation in a brick/block build up, tapered insulation and the new Alphacore product. We’ll then have a short break for lunch and begin the factory tour where we’ll be exploring several production lines including PIR, Greenguard, TEK and Thermabate.

Secure parking is available on site if all visitors can report to reception on their arrival. If there is a good level of interest in the visit, then a second date could be arranged. Visitor numbers are limited to 15. We will be holding a waiting list system.
