Andrew Lethbridge Associates is an award winning South Devon architecture and design studio, specialising in domestic and residential projects. The majority of our projects are works to peoples homes, and we undertake projects on a range of scales from small extensions and alterations through complete re-orderings and the creation of bespoke new homes. We also have experience working on larger scale residential developments, public & community buildings and hotels. The practice benefits from the skills and experience of a broad range of professionally qualified staff with their own approach to architecture and design. Andrew is a long standing member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and the Charted Institute of Building (ACIOB), and Dan is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA)
