Role Description

We are recruiting for the role of Architectural Technologist/Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team based in Central London (Victoria). We are looking for a candidate who is hard working and enthusiastic, with good design and communication skills and an eagerness to keep learning. The applicant will be working on a range of predominantly residential and commercial projects throughout London.

The role will include:

  • Attending site visits and undertaking measured building surveys
  • Preparing architectural drawings for planning applications (up to RIBA Stage 3)
  • Preparing Design and Access Statements for planning applications
  • Preparing 3D images
  • Attending meetings with clients


Successful candidates will have a recognised architectural qualification and have at least 2 years’ UK experience within relevant project sectors. The candidate should have a good understanding and experience of designing buildings in accordance with UK Building Regulations and other recognised guidance/best practice. Knowledge of the UK planning process and previous experience working on planning applications would also be looked upon favourably.

Successful candidates must be computer literate and able to use the following software packages:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D)
  • Ability to take measurements on site
  • Working knowledge/experience of Photoshop, InDesign and Sketch Up (desirable)
  • Sunlight/daylight appraisal knowledge (desirable)
