Architectural Technologist (Graduate or experienced) required

Are you graduating this summer? This is an opportunity for any future AT graduates OR an experienced Architectural Technologist to further their career within a growing CIAT Chartered Practice in Pembrokeshire, South West Wales.
Kinver Kreations Ltd has been established for over 20 years, winning several major industry design awards. In order to be considered for this unique opportunity we look to applicants to have a degree qualification within the fields of architecture, design, interior design or project management. You should have the ability to produce technical drawing information, ability to produce 3D drawings and be an effective communicator. Experienced in AutoDesk suite of software including AutoCAD and ideally Revit/Enscape.
Full-time, permanent salary: £25,000-£40,000 per year.
You will be working on a wide range of domestic and commercial projects from concept to completion. Projects from Listed/Historic through to ultra contemporary and modern.
We are a multi award-winning Chartered practice - with a variety of projects currently here in Pembrokeshire but also across the UK. Your role could include undertaking surveys with us, collaboratively preparing concept and final designs, preparing planning and building regulation drawings and specifications, preparing working drawings and undertaking site inspections and project management.
