Role Description

We are a growing RIBA Chartered Architectural practice and are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to create detailed drawing packages suitable for tender, construction and Building Regulations Applications for residential and commercial developments.

You must have a proven track record of producing detailed drawing packages and specifications with an up-to-date working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations.

We are offering an attractive package for the right person to join our creative and friendly team. We are located a 5 minute walk from Buckhurst Hill station (Central Line) on a pleasant high road; off-street parking is also available.

This job provides an opportunity to be involved with projects on site at all stages with technical and creative input.
