ABS Wellbeing Programme

Architects Benevolent Society (ABS) are offering a wellbeing programme designed specifically for those working within the architectural community.

ABS currently offer a core programme of four workshops, each addressing a different aspect of mental health and wellbeing.

They are designed specifically for the architectural community, addressing some of the most common challenges faced in the profession. They help practices to create a positive, productive, healthy workplace environment, promoting wellbeing within a practice.

Where you'd like to start depends on what you're looking for and what your aims are. You don't have to do all four courses – you can focus on whatever you're looking for at the time.
