Martin is one of the founder members of the NADC and has served as Vice Chairman for the last nine years. He has played a key role in the NADC’s training and certification programme across the UK and Ireland. He discusses, from an Architectural Technologist's point of view, the most important issues of pre & post conditional drainage surveys in relation to building extensions for both domestic and commercial properties and why they are increasingly important. The session concludes with a short Q&A session.
